How to book an apartment

If you have got as far as this page, it means that you are really interested in having great holidays. We are happy to hear that and you are mostly welcome. Please, follow the steps described below to book your apartment:

We will send you by e-mail a proforma invoice for the total amount of the rent fee, indicating the sum you will need to place as a deposit.
In order to confirm your booking, you will need to transfer 25% of total invoice amount to our Bank account, the rest of the balance you will pay when we give you the keys from the apartment the day of your arrival. We also charge a refundable damage deposit of 150 euros that will be returned to you the day of your departure.

As soon as the deposit has been credited by our Bank, you will get our confirmation and the apartment is booked.
Then, you may already start packing up all your belongings, anticipating the coming pleasures of your marvelous holydays.

You may get acquainted with our contract model in a .pdf file. To download it, just click on a "happy man" icon, choosing your language. To open it, you will need a free Adobe Acrobat Reader program.

Como hacer la reserva

Si ha llegado a esta página, eso quiere decir que está realmente interesado en pasarlo a lo grande y tener vacaciones maravillosas. Enhorabuena, sólo hay que hacer unos pasos más para reservar un apartamento:

Le enviaremos por e-mail la factura proforma por el importe total con la indicación de la cantidad que necesitará abonar en concepto de depósito.
Para hacer la reserva efectiva hay que abonar el depósito del 25% a nuestra cuenta, el resto del balance Ud. abonará el día de su llegada. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que a la entrega de las llaves le pediremos que abone 150 euros en concepto del depósito de seguridad que se le devolverá el día de su partida.

Le confirmaremos la llegada del pago y la reserva a su nombre.
Ya puede comenzar a hacer las maletas y saborear de antemano los placeres de unas vacaciones estupendas.

También puede informarse mejor de las condiciones, descargando un modelo del contrato en el formato .pdf. Para empezar la descarga, sólo tiene que hacer clic sobre el icono del "hombrecillo feliz" en su correspondiente idioma. Para abrirlo, necesitará un programa gratuito Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Мы направим вам подтверждение и счет на оплату полной стоимости аренды с указанием суммы, которую мы просим вас внести в качестве депозита.
Для того чтобы квартира была забронирована, вы должны перечислить на наш р/с 25% от общей стоимости арендной платы.

Как только сумма депозита будет зачислена на наш р/с, мы направим вам подтверждение о его получении и бронировании квартиры, оставшуюся сумму вы сможете заплатить в день вашего приеза наличными или кредитной картой. При заезде мы также взимаем страховочный депозит в размере 150 евро, который будет вам возвращен в день вашего отъезда.С этого момента вы можете начинать собирать вещи в предвкушении замечательного отдыха.

Wir schicken ihnen per e-mail eine Proforma-Rechnung über den gesammten Betrag mit Angabe über die nötige Anzahlung.
Damit die Reservation vorgenommen wird, muss 25% der Totalsumme auf unser Konto überwiesen werden.

Nach Zahlungseingang bestätigen wir Ihnen die Reservation umgehend.
Jetzt bleibt nur noch die Koffer zu packen und unvergessliche Ferien zu verbringen.
