The villas are situated in a cozy place named Urbanizacion Playa Moncayo, only 150 m from an enormous, never-ending sand-dune beach. Surrounded by the exquisite architecture of different villas, which are built with German seriousness, Dutch pulchritude and Scandinavian solidity. Streets named: Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, etc. - it looks like all the European Union countries concentrated on a small spot. Two exquisite and not excessively restaurants, only 150 m from the villas - the surroundings are magnificent!

  • The nearest airport and railway station - Alicante.
  • You can get here from Alicante by national road N332, shortly after passing Guardamar del Segura, 1km approx., there is a turn to the left, towards the sea "Playas de Campomar". Take this turning and follow a one-way road, the villas will be on your left, you will never miss them.
